Neighbors & Friends,

Even though we are in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Jair Lynch has been busy securing tenants and building out space at The Shops at Penn Branch.

On July 27, 2020, Anthony Startt, Director of Investments at Jair Lynch, met virtually with members of the PBCCA leadership team and delivered some exciting news! Here are a few highlights from the meeting:

  • The Highlands Cafe aims to open next to Planet Fitness in early 2021
  • CVS plans to build a freestanding store in place of the laundromat (at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Carpenter Streets, SE) and move over by December 2021
  • A nationally-renowned fast-casual restaurant will take-over part of the space CVS vacates
